Dominique Demarville, Cellar Master and General Manager of Champagne Lallier, was born in the Ardennes, France, in 1967. In 1985, during his first harvest in Champagne with family friends, he finds his life's vocation.
After completing his technical diploma in Oenology and Viticulture at the Lycée Viticole de la Champagne in Avize, he completes his academic training with a specialisation in Oenology at the University of Burgundy in Dijon.
In 2003 he becomes Director of Vineyards and Wines for both G.H.Mumm and Perrier-Jouët and in 2006 he becomes Deputy Director of Veuve-Cliquot.
A pragmatic farmer at heart, with 23 years' experience as Chef de Caves in Champagne, Demarville likes to repeat that "working with nature keeps your feet on the ground". Devoted to detail, he wants to bring his passion and knowledge of the world of Champagne to the Campari Group and Champagne Lallier.
