(i) annual report for the year ending 31 December 2019 – including the draft separate and consolidated financial statements, the report on operations and the declaration pursuant to article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree 58/98, together with the reports of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the external auditing company;
(ii) Non-financial declaration pursuant to Legislative Decree 254/2016;
(iii) Report on corporate governance and ownership structure;
(iv) Report on remuneration policy and remuneration paid pursuant to article 123-ter of Legislative Decree 58/98;
