Campari Group announces the successful completion of the acquisition of Baron Philippe de Rothschild France Distribution S.A.S

Successful completion of the acquisition of Baron Philippe de Rothschild France Distribution S.A.S. now named Campari France Distribution S.A.S.Milan,

February 28th, 2020-Further to the announcement on December20th, 2019 of the signingfor the acquisition of 100% of the French distributor Baron Philippe de Rothschild France Distribution S.A.S., Campari Group announces today the successful completion of the deal, after having obtained the antitrust clearance, and the ensuing change of companyname to ‘Campari France DistributionS.A.S.’.

The deal was closed according to the terms of the acquisition agreement as previously disclosed.
